I was a tenant of Mr John Griffin (intalet Ltd) from October 2007 to June 2009. (I stayed in one of his apartments in the Greenwich Millennium Village.)

For the whole duration, I found Mr Griffin to be a courteous and considerate landlord, responding in a timely and appropriate manner to all issues pertaining to the flat. He dealt with any larger problems – not that there were many – personally, and with clear concern to ensure that I was not unduly inconvenienced, liasing with the management office of GMV if necessary. He was also sympathetic to requests I made for improvements (e.g. a better shower unit), doing what he could to ensure I was comfortable for the long term.

I took the flat on a verbal recommendation from two different colleagues, and I would not hesitate to recommend his rental company to any other colleagues who had need of this service.
