         I found other landlords to be quite unreasonable in their rates due to short
         leases and I’m very glad to have been able to put the business your way.

        To Whom It May Concern,

        I was a tenant of Mr John Griffin (Intalet Ltd) from October 2007 to June 2009.
        (I stayed in one of his apartments in the Greenwich Millennium Village.)

        For the whole duration, I found Mr Griffin to be a courteous and considerate landlord,         responding in a timely and appropriate manner to all issues pertaining to the flat.
        He dealt with any larger problems – not that there were many – personally, and with clear         concern to ensure that I was not unduly inconvenienced, liaising with the management
        office of GMV if necessary. He was also sympathetic to requests I made for
        improvements (e.g. a better shower unit), doing what he could to ensure I was
        comfortable for the long term.

        I took the flat on a verbal recommendation from two different colleagues, and I would
        not hesitate to recommend his rental company to any other colleagues who had need
        of this service.
